Rabbi Binyomin Halpern, rav of Cong. Bais Halevy in Lakewood, NJ, and father of Kollel member Rabbi Shmuel Halpern, was the Kollel’s Scholar-in-Residence this past August. Rabbi Halpern led a special learning session at the Kollel’s Southeast Torah Center and delivered lectures, classes and talks in a number of locations to both men and women.
