 | | Our Programs | | | "What's a Kollel?" That’s probably the most frequently-asked question by newcomers to the Denver Community Kollel or one of its programs. The word “kollel” means community or group. A Kollel is a group of post-graduate rabbinical students who dedicate themselves to the study of Torah. At a community Kollel, the rabbinical students not only study Torah, but share their love of Torah with community members through teaching, one-on-one study and larger-scale outreach programs. Each year, the Kollel strives to make Torah study more accessible to Jews of all backgrounds by offering a variety of Torah study and outreach opportunities. | | | | | | | | | | | Programs for Men | | | | | • Torah Study at the Kollel – Kollel scholars are available to study with Jews of all backgrounds one-on-one or in groups, weeknights from 8-10 p.m. at the Kollel. • Weekly Torah Classes - Kollel scholars give weekly classes and lectures on a variety of topics, including Talmud, Parsha, and Jewish Law.
