Faigy Gertz’s Pecan Pie
This is a delicious and elegant dessert that is quick and easy, perfect for the busy Purim season.

1 frozen pie crust
1 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 package vanilla sugar
1 c. whole pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except for pecans until smooth. Place pecans into the crust and pour mixture on top. Bake for 45 minutes or until pie appears set.
